 Jammu and Kashmir's Katra and Doda areas were jolted by a total of three earthquakes in the early hours of Wednesday, thus, triggering panic among residents.
The fresh tremors were felt a day after a 5.4 magnitude earthquake hit Doda in Jammu and Kashmir, causing damage to scores of buildings and injuring at least five people.According to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the first earthquake, measuring 4.3 on the Richter Scale, was felt at 2.20 am on June 14.
The epicentre of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 km and 81 km from Katra.
